Cancellation Policy

As a consumer, you are entitled by law to withdraw from your purchase agreement without providing a reason, pursuant to §§ 355, 356 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without needing to give any justification.
This withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party you've designated (other than the delivery carrier), take physical possession of the goods — or, in the case of an order split into multiple separate deliveries, from the day you receive the final item.

by way of a clear written statement (for example, by letter or email) confirming your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are welcome to use the sample withdrawal form provided below, although doing so is optional.
To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has ended.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
Should you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you — including standard delivery charges (though not any extra cost incurred if you selected a delivery option other than our cheapest standard option) — promptly, and in any case within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. This refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase, unless another arrangement has been explicitly agreed, and you will not be charged any fee for this refund.
We reserve the right to delay reimbursement until the goods have been returned to us, or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

You are required to return the goods promptly, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. This deadline is considered met as long as the goods are dispatched before the 14-day window closes. Return shipping costs will be borne directly by you.
You will only be held liable for any reduction in the goods' value if that reduction results from handling beyond what was necessary to check the nature, features, and functioning of the item.

SITUATIONS WHERE WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY
Per § 312g Abs. 2 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not extend to, among other cases:

• Sealed items that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons (such as earphones or other personal-use electronic accessories) once the seal has been broken following delivery

• Products manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications or that have been clearly personalized

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly
