PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 1–3 business days following order confirmation.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently deliver within Germany as well as to other member states of the European Union. Estimated delivery windows depend on the destination:

• Germany: 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch

• Other EU countries: 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery destination, package weight, and shipping method selected, and will always be displayed clearly before you complete payment.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Actual delivery may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details, where available.

DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. funquestio cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us at info@funquestio.com with your order number so we can look into it with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
